(DAY 2, DAY 1)

Firstly let's talk about one of our favourites: Alexander Wang. His total black layered outfits had a punk/metal attitude which was something slightly different from his past collections but we certainly loved it.

 


Altuzarra & Tibi collections had a quite similar philosophy but with a different vibe. Joseph Altuzarra's collection was really feminine with a mixture of sheer whites paired up with different earthy toned pieces which completed by the fury details, set us in the mood for -next- fall. Things at Tibi were quite more relaxed with loose lines in both winter pastels as well as darker colours which -to us- made up for amazing office-ready outfits.

 
 

At Mara Hoffman we saw gorgeous white knits, a lot of layering and a bit of classic geometrical mix printing which was gracefully put together. We loved the braids; it was a nice detail that complemented the original style of the attires. Jill Stuart's collection on the other hand had darker tones, with mixed prints and materials which created a quite intrifuing collection.
 

It was one of those days when we saw many people attending, the front row may have not been on fire but we certainly spotted many A-listers especially on shows like Alexander Wang's where Nicky Minaj, Natasha Lyonne and Caroline de Maigret attended.

 

....and it might have been cold in New York but that didn't stop all the fashionistas from expressing all their streetstyling skills. We particularly loved Leandra Medine's green fur.
