Contrast was the name of the game when it came to nails at the New York shows. Looks ranged from light and innocent to dark and dangerously chic this season. We saw pretty swan white polishes, barely-there French manicures and buff looks juxtaposed with black vamp shades, medieval “cage” inspired designs and the most breathtaking of all—the “dripping blood” effect seen at Prabal Gurung. Balancing out these more extreme styles, we noticed plenty of glamorous metallic varnishes and colorful two-tone manicures that added the perfect pop of sparkle and impact.

Natural, cream colored nails for spring isn’t such a shock—it’s a minimalist trend that’s been gaining momentum since last year but what surprised us was seeing the demure look at shows that normally don’t go in that direction: there were soft milky shades at Marc Jacobs, pure whites at Rag & Bone, and plenty of un-done French mani’s at Chanel. This season, toning down your nails is the new way to play it cool.
Yesterday I saw The Great Gatsby at the local cinema... This period every program on television, articles on different kind of newspapers, covers of magazines had Leonardo Di Caprio, or Carey Mulligan as covers... Everyone was waiting for this movie!
The cinema critics were telling that maybe this is one of the greatest movie, first for the director, then for Leonardo and the for the hole year...
I can say that the advertise for this movie was huuuge. Here cinemas had the official posters 2 months before the official premier. So I was very excited for this movie...
The first think that I want to say is that you HAVE to see this movie. Leonardo and Carey are both great. The director did a great job. The houses, the clothes, the style and the glamour of the 20's were in this movie. If someone doesn't know about this period he/she will learn everything with a such a special way! Also, the movie had great song. Singers such as Florence Welch and Lana Del Rey were matching perfect with the story and their songs. Lana Del Rey's song "Young and Beautiful" is the promo song for this movie. Just perfect!
What's next... LEONARDO DI CAPRIO. What can we tell about this actor. He started from the Titanic and know is an experience and whatever you give him he can play it with success.

Summer is here and our summer spirit dresses, skirts, jackets are out. Prefer this summer to put on your closet lace. Lace is an all time classic material. We can see it on shoes, jackets, dresses, shorts and why not on sunglasses... The lace gives you the sense of something vintage, old but nice, classy and stylish together.
I suggest to wear a total look of lace especially with or black. What is interesting too is to wear a bright, neon color as a shorts. It would be very nice especially if you are tanned.
